Ramon Rivera has been a valued team member at Independent Pipe since 2005. Ramon has taken the successful path of learning the inner workings of distribution practices as a Warehouse Associate in order to earn the pathway to inside sales in our New Haven, CT branch. Since 2023 Ramon has enthusiastically served our customer base by providing detailed and timely quotes all wrapped up with a smile and an appreciation for the opportunity.
His manager stated “Throughout his 18 years with the company, Ramon has consistently demonstrated dedication and hard work, going above and beyond to contribute to the success of our branch. His extensive knowledge of the warehouse and products greatly facilitated his transition to the Inside Sales role. Ramon’s loyalty and strong work ethic are integral to his character.”
After graduating from Wilbur Cross High School in 1995 Ramon remained in New Haven working locally before landing at Independent. Ramon prioritizes spending quality time with his family, including his mother, Iris, and his father, Ramon Sr. He also enjoys spending time with close friends, watching documentaries, online gaming, and cheering for his favorite sports teams, the Commanders, Real Madrid, and Oakland Athletics.
