July is our nation’s birthday and the best way to celebrate it is to salute those who have fought for our freedom. Our freedom is also won on the factory floors in America. By manufacturing in America we ensure a strong vibrant country so everyone can realize the American dream, security, and independence.
Independent Pipe salutes our vendors who have committed to manufacturing their products in the USA contributing to the strength and backbone of our free country.
Each year we like to highlight one of our vendors who has dedicated more manufacturing space in America. This year that vendor is RLS, AKA Rapid Locking Systems.
We introduced RLS in past posts as a new name to an existing refrigeration press fitting system. RLS exhibits the great American ingenuity and spirit. In 2012 they patented the flame free press refrigeration fitting which has become the gold standard in the industry. RLS, based in Missouri, manufactures their fittings in the Cerro copper plant. Their footprint keeps growing so much that they are planning to invest millions into new equipment and investing in their employee’s growth. New employees are already being hired and promoted to new positions as a result of their success. A start of the art training center is also being planned to ensure contractors around the country can visit and advance their knowledge in their proprietary refrigeration systems.
The end result of all this capital investment is more jobs for Americans’, helping secure a better stronger more secure & prosperous country one fitting at a time.
