🙌 Dan Phillips joined Independent Pipe on June 17th, 2024 as a Sales Associate in the Windsor, CT branch. Dan’s roots lie in South Windsor so after graduating high school he stayed local to follow his passion for HVAC/R design & sales. He learned his craft at the regional wholesalers through training seminars and manufacturer certification classes. Dan is certified by the ESCO institute to proctor EPA 608 & A2L certification exams throughout New England.
Dan’s knowledge and motivation to succeed has had a great impact in the branch. Brian Olesnevich, the Windsor Branch Manager, stated “Dan is energetic and has been an amazing addition to our team”.
Dan has excelled at learning the mechanical PVF side of the industry and as he says “it’s been challenging breaking into a new side of the industry but I am fortunate to be based in a robust & efficient branch, surrounded by experienced colleagues who are eager to support me. I am looking forward to getting to know more of the customer base so I can service their needs with our extensive resources and deep inventory.”
Dan lives with his fiancé’ Jackie and Jake, their two year old chocolate Labrador retriever. In his free time Dan enjoys reading by the fireplace, experimenting with old family recipes and kayaking in the local rivers and lakes.
